Maintenance Director

The responsibilities include:
Ability to create and maintain motivated team environment
Ensure project efficiency including prioritization and scheduling
Provide job direction, descriptions and performance reviews
Organization and understanding of accounts and contract details
Maintenance of equipment
Communications skills
Landscape knowledge a must

Entry-Level Landscape Designer

The right candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and solid knowledge of landscape development, plant life and local horticulture.

Candidate will possess:
Ability to accurately survey site including measurements and grades
Knowledge of plant life specification
Conduct take offs/plant counts and cost estimation
Basic horticulture knowledge
Sales acumen
Organizational skills and punctual performance
AAS Degree in Landscape Development/or equivalent
Working knowledge of horticulture
Drafting, Auto CAD a plus!
