After meeting with the HOA board and the landscape committee, we opened up lines of communication to better understand the needs of a community that expects the best.

Transforming a landscape from good to great

Problem

It happens to even the most luxurious associations. When communities are built, some of the builder’s bushes don’t survive.

Solution

We presented recommendations to the community of bushes to save and replace, along with a detailed cost analysis for approval. Throughout our history, we’ve updated the plants throughout the entire community.

Residents wanted more seasonal color to add the “Wow” factor.

Solution

We created a plant design for every season. Spring tulips, daffodils and pansies. A summer with colorful annuals. Fall features bright, festive colors. And even in winter, cold weather pansies and ornamental cabbages. It’s the little elements that make a big difference.
